The Forest City Motor Company was founded in Cleveland in 1906 but relocated to Massillon that same year.[11] Forest City produced approximately 1,000 of their Jewel automobiles in Massillon between 1906 and 1909. The name of the company was changed to the Jewel Motor Car Company but the company eventually ceased production in 1909. We are happy to have the support of the massillon community.
